Admission to the Palco Forum Viseu event is free, and you can secure a seat (subject to availability) by presenting a receipt for a purchase of at least €10 (ten euros) made at a Forum Viseu shop within the 7 days prior to the concert. These tickets must be collected from the Customer Service Desk by the day of the concert in question, with each person entitled to collect up to two tickets per performance.

There are no reserved seats; therefore, admission only guarantees a seat in the designated area until 15 minutes before the start of the performance – 8.45 pm. After this time, any unoccupied seats will be made available to other members of the public.
