The shows at Palco Forum Viseu are free entry, with the possibility of securing a seated place (subject to the number of available seats) by presenting a purchase receipt with a minimum value of ten euros from a purchase made at a store in the shopping center in the week prior to each concert. Tickets must be collected at the Customer Service Desk until the day before the respective concert, with each person being able to collect up to two tickets per show. For the children’s show Masha and the Bear, each child can be accompanied by up to 2 adults.
There are no reserved seats, so access only guarantees a seated place in the designated area up to 15 minutes before the start of the show. After this time, available seats will be made available to other spectators.
