From 14 November, Forum Viseu will be transformed into a true Christmas wonderland, welcoming the most magical time of the year. Lights, colours, decorations and plenty of special moments will fill the Centre with sparkle and joy, creating the perfect atmosphere for experiencing the magic of Christmas with the family.

This year, we have put together a programme packed with surprises, fun and activities

PROGRAMME

• Santa’s arrival – 14 November, at 11.00 am

The big moment that marks the start of the festive season is just around the corner! This year, Father Christmas is coming to Forum Viseu accompanied by a very special guest: Bluey!

• Bluey show – 11.00 am and 3.00 pm

The party begins at 11.00 am with a special Bluey show, put together to celebrate Christmas, which will welcome Father Christmas and mark the official launch of the campaign.

At 3.00 pm, Bluey returns for a second show, packed with music, dancing and fun. At the end, the little ones will also have the chance to have their photo taken with the character during a special Meet & Greet session.

• Father Christmas’s House – 1st floor

At Father Christmas’s House, the little ones can meet Father Christmas and his helper, tell him what they’d like for Christmas, and receive Gui’s Book.

At the weekends, the usual photo session with Father Christmas will also be available. A special keepsake to cherish from this Christmas!

• Christmas Market and Play Centre – 1st Floor

The Christmas Tent will host a programme packed with entertainment, featuring magic shows, theatre performances and storytelling sessions, for moments of pure fun and fantasy.

Next door, the Ludoteca invites the little ones to explore a world of activities, including reading, games, creative workshops and interactive digital experiences. Highlights include the Christmas Batak and the Orquestra dos Guizos, with activities designed to stimulate creativity and ensure plenty of fun.

• Christmas Carousel – Level 1

The magic of Christmas can also be experienced on board the Carousel! Set up next to Father Christmas’s House and the Christmas Tent, it will be one of this Christmas’s main attractions, offering moments of fun and special experiences for the little ones.

• ‘Estrela Solidária’ Charity Campaign

This Christmas, the magic also turns into solidarity!

A vending machine selling personalised stars will be available in the Ludoteca, at €2 each, featuring various messages and phrases, which can be purchased by visitors to Forum Viseu.

All proceeds from the sale of the stars will go to a charity. A small star can make a big difference!
